These original watercolor paintings are my take on the sailor's valentine, the designs made with watercolors for the background and "shell" pressed floral accents to create the geometric shapes and patterns.
Each pressed floral in these paintings are grown on our farm, and varieties include:

and many more.
Each painting is bordered in a complementary Italian Florentine paper, and the mat board also features this decorative paper accent.
